Baked Onion Rings




I love onion rings. These are a healthy alternative to a fun, yet greasy comfort food.


Ingredients
1 Onion, Sliced in Round Rings
Panko Bread Crumbs
Flour
Water
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix flour and water until a paste like mixture is achieved
Season bread crumbs with paprika, garlic, and salt and pepper (I always seem to need more seasoning than I first think I do)
Dip onion in flour mixture then in bread crumbs (I use different hands for eash maneuver to keep it cleaner)
Place onion rings on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
