Cucumber Mint Water




This is a very simple concoction to make and is very refreshing on a warm day. It combines two of my favorite things: cucumbers and mint. I am drinking some as I write this post.

Fill a large carafe or pitcher with ice-cold water
Add one cucumber, sliced
Add 6 or 7 mint leaves
Let sit for a few hours or overnight
Enjoy the refreshing deliciousness
