Tofu Scramble



When I have the time, I enjoy eating a big, slow breakfast. This dish recreates scrambled eggs and is perfect for a Sunday brunch. And in case you were wondering, the turmeric is what gives it its color.

Ingredients

14 Ounces Extra Firm Tofu, Crumbled
1 Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Onion, Diced
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
Salt and pepper to Taste

Directions

Saute the onions for about 3 minutes.
Add the peppers and continue to saute for another 3-5 minutes.
Crumble the tofu into the pan and add all the seasoning.
Stir to mix well and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve with a side of soysauge.
