Couscous Mediterranean Salad



I made this for a baby shower (What?!?), and the future Chan Hartman baby loved it. I have made this before with orzo instead of cous cous, but I liked the cous cous version better.

Ingredients
1 Cup Uncooked Cous Cous
1 Small Onion, Diced
1 Small Bell Pepper, Diced
Grape Tomatoes, Quartered
Kalamata Olives, Pitted and Chopped
2 Tablespoons (or to taste) of Cavender's All-Purpose Greek Seasoning (This stuff)

Directions
Cook the cous cous according to package directions and let cool
Add the onion, pepper, tomatoes, and olives
Drizzle with olive, season, and mix
