Chermoula



Chermoula is a Northern African sauce used on grilled vegetables and seafood. This version is more traditionally Moroccan. The sauce is tasty and can be served a variety of foods including grilled vegetables, grilled tofu, and legumes and rice.


Ingredients
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, Diced
1/4 Cup Parsley, Chopped
1/4 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Cayenne

Directions
Mix all ingredients together

Note: I spooned this over some grilled tofu with diced tomatoes on top.
