Buffalo Cauliflower Wings




I love spicy food, and depending on what kind of sauce you use (I got mine at a farmer's market and it was OUSTANDING!) you can make these very spicy. These "wings" were also great because the breading gave them an added texture.

Ingredients

1 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Flour
2 Teaspoons of Garlic pwder
Head of Cauliflower, Chopped to the approximate size of wings
1/2 Cup to 1 Cup of Buffalo sauce (Just depends on how big a head of cauliflower you are using and how wet you want them)
1 Tablespoon Vegan butter

Directions
Preheat the oven 450 Fahrenheit
Combine the flower, garlic powder, and water
Coat the chopped cauliflower in the flour mixture
Bake in for 18 minutes
Combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter
Pour over the cauliflower
Bake for another 5 minutes
