Soft Baked Pretzels

These are designed to mimic the famous Auntie Anne's pretzels found in malls across America. They taste delicious and make your house smell amazing.

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
1 1/8 Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Bread Flour
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Warm Water
2 Tablespoons Baking Soda
Sea Salt
Melted Butter

Directions
Add yeast to 1 1/2 cups warm water; stir to dissolve
Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved
Add flour and knead until smooth; let rise for 1/2 hour
Mix baking soda with 2 cups warm water
Take a piece of dough and roll into a rope like piece
Dip in baking soda/water solution, form into a pretzel, and place on baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes, brush with butter and sprinkle with salt

Note: Make the rope of dough thin and about 8-10 inches long. It takes practice
