Baked Tortilla Chips




Here is an easy way to make chips and use the last of tortillas in the bag. Enjoy with some salsa and guacamole.

Ingredients
Corn Tortillas
Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Brush oil on both sides of the tortilla, stack, and cut into six to eight pieces
Place the pieces on a baking sheet, season with salt & pepper, and bake for 10 minutes

Note: You can also bake the whole tortilla.
