These make a sweet and delicious appetizer, dessert, or snack. Everyone who tried these loved them.
Ingredients
1 Cup of Pecans
2 Tablespoons of Vegan Butter (I used Earth Balance)
3 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice
Pinch of Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
In a sauce pan melt the butter
Stir in the syrup, sugar, and pumpkin spice
Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes
Mix in the pecans until they covered in the sauce
Place the pecans on a baking sheet and bake for 4-8 minutes
Let cool before eating
