Biscuits

Morning, day, or night, I can eat biscuits. These drop biscuits are easy to make and can be served with a variety of meals. The biscuits are the left were made with the recipe below, while the ones on the right were made with one cup corn flour and one cup regular flour.

Ingredients
2 Cups of Flour
3 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/3 Cup of Vegan Butter (I use Earth Balance)
3/4 Cup of Almond Milk (Any non-dairy milk will work)

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix the dry ingredients together
Cut the butter into the flour mixture until the mixture is coarse (I use a pastry blender)
Stir in the almond milk until you form a dough
Drop the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes
