Easy Fresh Tomato Pasta

This is a quick, easy, and delicious way to make a quick marinara for your pasta. And with summer here you should have lots of opportunities to get your hands on fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients
2-3 Pints of Roma Tomatoes (I sliced some of the bigger tomatoes, but mostly left them whole.)
4-6 Cloves of Garlic
Dried Basil to Taste
Dried Oregano to Taste
Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Pasta of Your Choice

Directions
Heat a skillet on the stove and two tablespoons of olive oil
Add the garlic to the heated oil and saute for a minute
Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes; the tomatoes will start to break down and form a sauce; add a little bit of flour to make thicker or water to make thinner
Add basil, oregano, and salt & pepper to taste
Spoon over pasta and serve with fresh parsley

You could add more vegetables to this sauce like onions and peppers or keep use fresh basil.
