Raw Hot Sauce

This is a spicy and tangy sauce that can be added to any dish or used as a salsa.

15 Jalapeno Peppers of Various Sizes (You are free to use whatever kinds of peppers you like. I used jalapeno because I was able to buy a lot of them at the local Farmer's Market.)
6 Long Cayenne Peppers
(Leave the seeds in, ya big baby.)
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
Lime Juice, 1/2 Lime

Chop peppers in chunks
Add all ingredients to a food processor and chop until semi-smooth

Seriously, leave the seeds in.
