Rice Pudding



The important thing to remember about pudding, any kind of pudding, is the correct pronunciation: puddin'.

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups Rice
1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Almond Milk (Any kind of non-dairy milk will work, but this is what I used.)
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 Cup Cranberries
1/3 C Pistachios

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Mix all the ingredients in a 9X9 baking pan
Bake for 45 minutes

Tip: This came out a little dry. I am not sure if it would be better to use more milk or bake for less time.
