Garlic Bread



I love garlic. I love bread. So you better believe I love garlic bread. This dish is a little different than what I think of as garlic bread, but boy howdy is it good. Just don't go kissing on your special someone after eating a couple of slices.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup of olive oil
7 Cloves of garlic
1/2 Small onion, diced
1/8 Teaspoon of Salt
French bread, sliced

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Puree the first four ingredients and spread on the slices of bread and bake for 12 minutes
Add a slice of tomato, drizzle with olive oil,  and bake for another 3 minutes
Add a leaf of fresh basil and bake for 2-3 minutes

Tip: For added flavor, spice the tomatoes with a bit of salt, pepper, or oregano.
