Pizza

Pizza can really be made anyway the eater sees fit. Since I started eating vegan I have eaten pizza without cheese (the picture above) and with vegan cheese (or cheeze) (pictures below). Part of the fun of making your own pizza is to make the crust yourself. Below is a recipe for making pizza crust. Make sure not to make it too thin. Top it with whatever you like.

Ingredients
Olive Oil
1 Cup of warm water
2 1/4 Teaspoons of active dry yeast (1 [1/4 ounce] packet)
1 1/4 Teaspoons of salt
2 1/2 Cups of Flour

Directions
Oil a bowl
In separate bowl mix water and yeast, stir until yeast is dissolved
Add the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms
Place dough in the oiled bowl, coat with oil, and cover with plastic wrap. Let stand for one hour.
Add your toppings and bake at 450 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
